Marcus Kirsch – Strategic Transformation & Service Design Marcus is a dot com veteran with nearly two decades of award-winning, international and integrated strategy and technology project experience. A Royal College of Art alumni and ex-MIT Europe researcher, he has accumulated an eclectic mix of projects in the area of education, luxury, automotive, advertising, smart networks & IoT, telecom, entertainment, healthcare, and fintech. His clients include BMW, Nissan, Science Museum, Leo Burnett, Mitsubishi, P&G, Publicis Sapient, Kraft, McDonald's, GSK, Telekom Italia, Patek Philippe, startups and SMEs. He is consulting global corporations and startups on innovation processes, human-centered design methodology and end-to-end strategies to help build businesses that have higher agility and relevance for people. Recent projects include creating a Service Design Center of Excellence for BT, an experiential service approach around an electric bike for Nissan and leading the experience program around Telekom Italia's rebranding campaign. In his free time, Marcus can be found building movie prop replicas and exploring Ferran Adria's creative food recipes.
