Ticketing Conditions of Entry

1. On receiving this ticket, You agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, any other terms We display in or around the Venue (or otherwise notify to You), applicable Venue health and security measures and any applicable regulations which govern the use of the tickets. We may apply additional terms and conditions to the use of this tickets at any time without notice. All tickets are the property of the Organizer. You must return any ticket you hold to our representatives if they ask you to do so.

2. Ticket is only valid for the date and time registered on it.

3. Each Ticket permits entrance to one person only.

4. This ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and is for the holder's personal use only. A ticket that is resold without our approval is hereby deemed invalid. We are not obliged to admit to the Event any person holding a damaged or split ticket, or whose ticket has been lost, stolen or duplicated. No refunds or compensation will be paid to you or any third parties if we refuse to admit you to, or eject you from, the Venue.

5. We are entitled to deny you entry to the Venue for any reason. You must not bring into the Venue any:(a) food, beverage, bottle, container, flags, chairs or other furniture; (b) camera with an interchangeable lens, tablet computers or other recording equipment, or "selfie sticks"; (c) animals; (d) item that could be used as a weapon; (e) fireworks, laser pointers, strobe lights, musical instruments and/or amplification equipment; (f) prams; (g) other item which We or Venue security personnel consider presents a security risk or may be used to damage the Venue or interfere with the Event or affect the experience of other Event attendees.

6. While in the Venue, You must not engage in any behavior which we consider to be inappropriate or dangerous to others or the Venue. We may eject you from the Venue for any reason. We may search You and Your belongings and verify your age at any time (by reference to original documentation, being either (a) original passport; (b) driving license; or (c) GCC ID card).

7. Attendance is at your sole risk. By attending the Venue You waive any claims You have or may have against the Organizer, the Venue, the artist and each member of such persons' families, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, for personal injury, loss of or damage to property (including any vehicle in the Venue car park) or death (in each case, howsoever occurring, and to the fullest extent permissible by law).

8. You irrevocably consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as an attendee at the Venue and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

9. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (via digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the Venue is strictly forbidden. We are entitled to confiscate any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorized recordings, tapes, films or similar items brought to the Venue or the Event. 10. In all cases, persons under the age of 12 are required to be accompanied with an adult ticket holder at all times.

11. Persons under the age of 16 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing Tickets

12. All visitors are requested to adhere to an appropriate and modest dress code for public spaces and refrain from wearing shorts or sleeveless shirts.

13. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of tickets through this website (ithra.com) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the exclusive venue of the courts in Saudi Arabia.

14. Online payments using Visa or Mastercard shall be processed in SAR.

15. (Ithra.com & tickets.ithra.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any person or country subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) comprehensive or blocking sanctions, or similarly restrictive UN, EU, or UK asset-freeze restrictions in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.

16. For online purchases, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. So, if you have used a credit card for your purchase, the amount will be refunded directly to your credit card

Theatre

1. We may (a) add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute performers; (b) vary any advertised program, price, venue, seating arrangement or capacity; or (c) delay or cancel an Event, in each case at our sole discretion, without notice and without issuing a refund or any other compensation.

2. Entry into the Theatre is allowed to Children 12 years old and above with the exception of children shows.

Cinema

1. Entry into the Cinema is allowed to Children 4 years old and above.

Benefits and Terms and Conditions for Ithra Membership

Thank you for your interest in Ithra’s membership programs.

These terms and conditions related to any Ithra memberships purchased or renewed on or after 1 April 2022.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing your member as, by doing so, you accept these terms and conditions. In accepting these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to abide all Saudi Aramco and Ithra policies, guidelines and codes of conduct of the venue.

1. Membership means any of Ithra’s Membership Packages outlined in the Membership Packages Section.

2. Membership Card means the physical or electronic card provided to the Member(s) by Ithra confirming that you are a Member.

3. Membership Fee(s) means the money paid or payable to Ithra to become a Member.

4. Membership Period is as set forth in Article 5 of this Section.

5. Ithra reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions, and the substance and benefits of the Membership without any prior notice. We may make minor changes to reflect any changes in relevant law or to implement adjustments that will have no significant changes on your Membership benefits. For more significant changes that we may deem material to you, we will notify you via SMS or email.

6. As a member of Ithra, you may receive a digital membership card or an optional physical card.

7. Ithra reserves the right to refuse any application for Membership and does not have to disclose the reasons for doing so.

8. You will be entitled to access your Membership benefits on the date on which Ithra notifies you that your application has been approved and your membership has been commenced.

9. Unless otherwise specified by Ithra, the membership period will usually be twelve (12) months from the date of the Membership’s commencement (“Membership Period”).

10. Before the expiration of the Membership, Ithra’s Membership team will send two renewal notices by email. The first notification will be sent thirty (30) days, and the second seven (7) days before the Membership expiration date. Ithra must receive Membership renewals before the expiration of the current Membership.

11. You warrant that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to update said information promptly, if and whenever applicable.

12. Membership privileges and benefits are only available on the presentation of a valid membership card.

13. Your [membership cards] are non-transferable. Only the named person/s listed in your membership card may use it. Failure to present your membership card on request could result in the payment of full admission.

14. Ithra may terminate your Membership if you fail to comply with these terms & conditions; abuse privileges and benefits afford to you as a member; or misuse your membership card or breach any of Saudi Aramco and Ithra’s policies, instructions, guidelines and codes of conduct.

15. All members must pay an annual Membership Fee. Ithra reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change the Membership Fee each year.

16. The agreement between Ithra and you is entered into for twelve (12) months from the date of registration or renewal.

17. Ithra is not obliged to accept an application or renewal for Membership.

18. Membership fees are non-refundable.

19. Renewal fees are non-refundable.

20. Misuse and reproduction of a Membership Card in any form is strictly prohibited.

    Prior to expiration of your membership, Ithra’s Membership team will send two notices of renewal by email. The first notification will be sent thirty (30) days and the second seven (7) days prior to the Membership expiration date.

21. Membership will be considered lapsed if not renewed by the due date. Upon the expiry of your Membership, you will no longer be a member and you will no longer be entitled to receive any Membership benefits.

22. You may only hold one Membership Package at any given time. If you wish to apply for another type of Membership than the one you already have, you are required to terminate your existing Membership before applying for the new Membership. Please contact our staff for assistance in this regard.

23. If the Membership Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the Member is entitled to replacement Membership Card.

24. A SAR 50.00 fee is payable for replacement cards.

25. Use of the Ithra facilities are in accordance with your Membership Package benefits. You are required to pay for the participation in activities, workshops, events, facilities not included in your Membership Package.

26. You are permitted to bring guests as your Membership Type allows.

27. All guests must be accompanied by the member when visiting Ithra or participating in any of its activities. Your guests are your responsibility. They are subject to the same terms, rules, policies and conditions that apply to you.

28. We reserve the right to terminate your Membership if in our reasonable opinion you behave in a way which is inappropriate or considered to be harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to any visitor or member of the Ithra staff, directors, trustees, donors, patrons or other supporters of Ithra, or may bring Ithra/Saudi Aramco into disrepute; or if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

29. By becoming a member, you agree to Ithra using your details to process and manage your Membership and to provide you with Membership services. This will include notifying you (by post, mobile text, email or telephone) regarding your Membership and renewal. We will also provide you with email updates on Membership benefits, including events, offers and activities. We will also collect and process data to improve Ithra offerings and programs. We follow appropriate security procedures in the storage and discloser of personal data so as to guard against loss, damage and unauthorized access and have robust technological solutions to ensure your personal data is protected from unauthorized access.

30. Ithra works with third-party providers for certain activities, such as processing your membership payment, If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on Ithra’s behalf, they do so under instruction from Ithra, including abiding by policies and procedures designed to protect your information.

31. Communications will be sent to the registered email address of the member, you may opt out of receiving communications from Ithra (other than those directly related to the creation and maintenance of your membership account) at any time. If you do so, some aspects of your Membership benefits may become harder to access; for example, you may not receive notification of events and exhibitions in sufficient time to exercise your right to reserve tickets.

32. Membership benefits are for the personal use of the member or members only.

33. Ticketed events have a limited capacity (which will vary according to format) and therefore admission numbers may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.

34. We do not accept liability of any irrecoverable costs incurred (e.g. travel) by members if we have to close or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

35. Members’ tickets for paid events are non-refundable.

36. Ithra reserve the right to exclude certain events from members’ priority booking period and from members’ discount.

37. Ithra reserves to limit the number of tickets a member may purchase at any time.

38. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone.

39. Certain products from the gift shop and food outlets may be excluded from these discounts. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts that the outlets may be offering.

Membership Packages

The members of are entitled to the following benefits during the Membership Period for the following Packages:

1. The Knowledge Package offers

• Free access to borrow from our extensive Library
• Free access to Multimedia room and tablets usage
• Special discount on Ithra Academy programs (20% off)
• Special discount on selected conferences
• This package is for 150 SAR annually, and a special student discount for just 99 SAR annually.

2. The Art Package offers

• Free entry to our Museum galleries; with up to two guests per year
• Free entry to art exhibitions at the Great Hall
• Exclusive invitations to selected gallery openings
• Special discount on the exciting Theater shows (20% off)
• Early theater booking
• Special discount on the Cinema film screenings (20% off)
• This package is for 200 SAR annually

3. The Family Package offers

• Free entry to our Children’s Museum
• Special discount on the favorite children camps (20% off)
• Early camps booking
• Special discount on the celebration room reservation (20% off)
• This package is a combo of one adult and one child for 250 annually, and 100 SAR for any additional member.

4. The Premium Package

offers access to an all-inclusive, special benefits for our Premium Members for 400 annually, and 100 SAR for any additional member.

Membership Benefits Details

1. Art and Premium Membership Card holders have free access to the Art exhibitions of Ithra Museum and the Great Hall. This excludes holidays and special programs or events happening in either venue. Members also have the ability to invite up to two (2) guests to Ithra Museum.
2. Family and Premium Membership Card holder have Free access to the Children’s Museum all week within public opening hours; excluding special events.
3. On some occasions, when visitors numbers are high, Family and Premium Membership Card holders may have access to a timed entry to Children’s Museum during the day instead of the full day access based on the operation model.
4. Knowledge and Premium Membership Card holders have access to the library benefits, However, borrowing books from the Center’s library is subject to the library’s standard terms and conditions.
5. Multemedia room access and tablet usage are available for Knowledge and Premium membership holders; pending on availability as first come, first served basis.
6. Certain products from the gift shop and food outlets may be excluded from these discounts. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts that the outlets may be offering.

General

1. Unless stated otherwise, copyright and all other rights in all publications and materials supplied to you by Ithra is owned by Saudi Aramco. Members may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials without the prior written consent of Ithra or to the extent expressly permitted by law.
2. Obtaining this Membership does not grant you an unconditional right to access nor does it guarantee you access to Ithra’s facilities, events or activities. Advanced purchase for admission into any of the latter is required. Without advanced purchase, access to Ithra’s facilities and events is subject to capacity and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. We are not responsible for, and do not accept any liability for, loss or damage suffered as a result of a fault error or omission in the provision of Membership services.
4. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and/ or your membership, you agree with Ithra to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. The Membership Fee is payable either on application form online and point of sale. Ithra will accept the following forms of payment, Cash Transactions shall be made through Ithra’s Membership point of sale or Credit Cards from either the point of sale or online. No Membership Fees will be accepted over the phone.
6. All transactions can only be made and processed in Saudi Riyals. No credit card fees are passed onto members.
7. All members shall receive a printable (digital) receipt for payment and confirmation email including membership/ payment details. Membership is active from the point at which payment is received by Ithra. No Membership Package or Membership Cards will be provided to a customer until their payment has cleared in the Ithra account.
8. Membership can be cancelled via call center, or Membership point of sale ONLY within seven (7) days, if the membership card is not used. No cancellation will be issued after seven (7) days, or if the Membership Card has been used.
9. Changing a Membership Package is allowed within the first seven (7) days, if the card was not used yet. It will require terminating previous cards and processing a new transaction for the desired Membership Package .
10. Upon completing Membership purchase, we will prepare your card(s) based on registered information.
11. A refund of the full fee amount will be issued ONLY if the Membership has been cancelled within seven (7) days from the purchased date. No refunds will be issued beyond seven (7) days.
