Ithra's state-of-the-art venues are fully equipped to host all kinds of activations and holds a proven record across a variety of genres including innovation, arts, science, literature, creativity, design and knowledge. 

All venue hire requests require a period of no less than 20 working days from the date of the event.

How do I check venue availability?

In order to check the availability of our venues, first complete our Venue Hire Form to initiate the booking process. Availability confirmation will be sent to you within 1–2 business days.

Can I hold a tentative booking?

Yes, we can reserve the venue temporarily until you provide final confirmation.

Can the layout be customized?

Absolutely! We offer tailored setups (e.g., theater-style, boardroom, U-shape) to suit your event’s requirements.

What is included in the venue fee?

All bookings include:

·        VIP reception and welcoming

·        Dedicated parking for VIPs

·        IT support (AV equipment, Wi-Fi)

·        Stationery (leather pads, pens)

·        Dedicated team support throughout the booking process

What types of events are not allowed at Ithra?

Commercial, artistic, religious, political or fundraising activities are strictly prohibited.

What happens if I reschedule with less than one week’s notice?

A 50% charge of the original venue hire fee will apply.

Can I use a catering or event vendor not listed in Ithra’s recommendations?

Yes, as long as the vendor is Aramco-approved, even if it is not on the recommended list.

What is the cost of hosting an event on a non-operational day?

A 100% surcharge on the standard venue fee applies for bookings outside regular operating hours.

What are the consequences of leaving rented equipment post-event?

Failure to remove equipment will incur additional charges. Extended setup/dismantling times also attract fees.

Can I share event details or promotional materials without approval?

No. All public statements, invitations or materials must be reviewed and approved by the Ithra Communications team beforehand.

How does Ithra assist with event logistics and vendor coordination?

Our Scheduling & Events team oversees bump-in/bump-out schedules, collaborates with vendors, and ensures compliance with venue timelines.

Can I access the venue before the event for setup?

Yes, we recommend booking extra days for setup/teardown. Inform us of your requirements in advance.
