Venue Hire
Ithra is a cultural and creative hub that empowers human development in the Kingdom by inspiring people to learn, create and collaborate. This is achieved by serving as a cultural window to the world and providing seamless community-building experiences. The Ithra Center offers spaces available for hire - whether for private, corporate or non-profit events, we provide exclusive access to our components and exhibitions. Ithra's state-of-the-art venues are fully equipped to host all kinds of activations and holds a proven record across a variety of genres including innovation, arts, science, literature, creativity, design and knowledge.
All venue hire requests require a period of no less than 20 working days from the date of the event.
Ithra’s Great Hall is a 1500m2 multi-purpose indoor space that has played host to several high-profile events, such as the 29th Arab League Summit, the Leonardo Da Vinci Codex Atlanticus Exhibition, and Edvard Munch’s Landscapes of the Soul exhibition. Ideal for large-scale conferences, tradeshows, gala presentations, exhibitions and banquets.
Tall, sleek and the epitome cutting-edge technology, Ithra’s instantly recognizable 18-story architectural icon – the Knowledge Tower – features six variously themed sets of spaces for your event: The Observation Lounge, the Majlis, the Board Meeting Room, the Lecture Hall, the Sky Lounge and various classrooms. All bookings include:

Commercial, artistic, religious, political or fundraising activities are strictly prohibited.
A 50% charge of the original venue hire fee will apply.
Yes, as long as the vendor is Aramco-approved, even if it is not on the recommended list.
A 100% surcharge on the standard venue fee applies for bookings outside regular operating hours.
Failure to remove equipment will incur additional charges. Extended setup/dismantling times also attract fees.
No. All public statements, invitations or materials must be reviewed and approved by the Ithra Communications team beforehand.
Our Scheduling & Events team oversees bump-in/bump-out schedules, collaborates with vendors, and ensures compliance with venue timelines.
Yes, we recommend booking extra days for setup/teardown. Inform us of your requirements in advance.
