In this three-day workshop, participants will embark on a journey into the world of Riso printing, with a special focus on fluorescent inks and their fascinating reactions under blue (UV) light. This exploration will open a new window into the science of color, as participants study the behavior of fluorescent pigments and how they respond to light, transforming from mere layers of ink into a vivid visual language.
Beyond the technical side of printing, the workshop also invites participants to think of design as a field open to possibilities, where the “unexpected” becomes an integral part of the creative process and a source of inspiration. Thus, learning extends beyond mastering a printing technique to embracing curiosity toward color, light, and experimentation, unlocking wide possibilities for contemporary design expression.
Prerequisite:
- Basic knowledge in Adobe design programs.
- Please bring your personal laptop or tablet.
