As part of Ithra’s efforts in supporting and developing Arabic content, Ithra is releasing the third edition of the Ithra Content Initiative in collaboration with the Cultural Development Fund. The initiative seeks to vitalize the content creation industry through developing the cultural scene in its broader concept, supporting the growth of a diverse and dynamic sector, as well as supporting emerging and established talents in the Saudi content industry.

Creative Solutions, Ithra’s immersive design residency program, is a one of a kind four-month immersive design and storytelling residency and incubator with a singular focus on utilizing immersive technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR), immersive audio and haptics.

With an ambitious goal and a promising vision, readers gathered under one banner with like-minded bibliophiles to launch the Reading Enrichment Program (iRead) in 2013, with the aim of spreading the culture of reading and celebrating knowledge in society.

Ithra Art Prize is an annual leading art initiative launched in 2017 by the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra). This 5th edition continues to extend its geographical reach to include established contemporary artists from or residing in the 22 Arab countries.

Tanween, Ithra’s Season of Creativity is the largest creativity platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is designed to celebrate, explore and inspire the creative process. Since its inception, Tanween has connected change-making creatives and innovators with global subject matter in an inspiration-fueled environment to nurture creative potential, share ideas and redefine what creativity means in a changing world.  Every year Tanween has a different creative theme and concept.

Ithra’s Learning Beyond Conference is the pioneering creative learning conference in the MENA region. It is a multifaceted platform that provides its audience access to creative industry professionals who specialize in innovative, unconventional, and informal learning methods — because it’s not about what you learn, but how you learn it.

Provided with the support of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), the F1® in Schools program is one of the most prominent educational programs in Saudi Arabia. The program aims to raise awareness of STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) among school students all over the world, challenging and inspiring them via a unified methodology.
