Rizo Masr, an Egyptian print and design risograph studio, presents an exhibition exploring the central theme of the habitat that surrounds us, observed, interpreted and reimagined through print. The exhibition reflects on what it means to live within the layered realities of contemporary Egypt, capturing how individuals perceive, learn from and engage with their surroundings.
Through a collection of printed works and publications, the exhibition unveils three intertwined dimensions of our shared habitat: Natural, Urban and Culturally Spoken. Together, these threads reveal the rhythm of everyday Egyptian life, the wit that shapes our humor, the resilience that sustains us, and the visual and verbal quirks that define our streets.
RizoMasr’s exhibition celebrates a culture of expression, transforming print into a medium of dialogue where personal reflections and collective experiences converge to form a portrait of contemporary Egyptian identity.
