Ithra launched the second edition of the Arabic Content Enrichment Initiative after the success of the first, in cooperation with the Cultural Development Fund, to support projects that seek to produce visual, readable or audio Arabic content through seven tracks: documentaries, literature, translation, electronic platforms, music, podcasts, and mobile games. The applications were evaluated by a jury consisting of 35 members from all over the Arabic world with diverse expertise in the field of content creation. 23 projects were selected out of more than 900 applications. 7 specialized consultants were appointed to provide support to the winning projects, as well as providing financial and marketing support.
