A writer and critic, known as one of the powerful writers from the generation of pioneers of literature in Saudi Arabia and from the pillars of journalism. He published a book titled, The Temptation of Names: the Biography of Coffee and the Letter of Prohibition (غواية الاسم؛ سيرة القهوة وخطاب التحريم).
