You’ll be given instructions on arrival at the venue to connect to the Metaverse network, scan the QR code and follow the prompts.
Do I have to be connected to the internet?
No, you connect to the Metaverse Wi-Fi Network, and your quest within our secure portal. While connected to the Metaverse network, you will not have access to the internet.
What devices can be used?
Wi-Fi enabled mobile phones. Please come with your device fully charged.
Do I need to interact on the device to enjoy the show?
No, you don’t. Participating via your phone is optional and the performance can be enjoyed without a device.
