The Power of Podcasts

In the last decade, podcasting has exploded as an alternative means of sharing thoughts, ideas and stories. Podcasts are a great alternative to text-based assessments and provides your students with an engaging and innovative way to communicate their larger ideas. Whether it be in language arts, social studies or world languages, podcasting is an excellent avenue for students to demonstrate and share their learning.
This workshop will focus on providing concrete steps and examples as to how you can best teach your students how to create and share their original podcasts.
