Personal Values Mining

This four hour experiential workshop for participants aims to illuminate the importance of discovering their core values and how those become the means by which they can lead and navigate their lives. Participants will discover their strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for growth through a personal SWOT analysis. The workshop is designed to engage participants in conversation that highlights how values build our character, our personal brand, and ultimately, inform our destiny. Participants will have an opportunity to craft their personal story and vision statement, as well as, present a high-concept pitch of their aspirations and impact.
