What is Ithra Volunteer Award?
Ithra Volunteer Award was launched in aligning with our strategy to empower and promote Ithra’s volunteers across the Kingdom, as well as encouraging them to think outside the box in creating, planning, implementing and presenting their volunteer initiatives to serve the cultural, educational and community tracks, whether these initiatives are ideas or implemented works.
The award was launched for the first time in December 2021 with the aim to attract creative ideas and to introduce the Ithra Volunteerism initiative that provides sustainable volunteer activities to meet the needs of society, raise awareness, strengthen the culture of volunteering in the regions of the Kingdom and to motivate Ithra volunteers who completed 100 volunteer hours at Ithra.
What are Ithra Volunteer Award tracks?
Ithra Volunteer Award consists of cultural, educational and community tracks.
Can I submit more than one registration form?
All participants can submit maximum one registration form in each track.

What is the appropriate number to participate in Ithra Volunteer Award?
The maximum number of participants in each group is 4.
What is the appropriate age to participate in Ithra Volunteer Award?
Participants must be 12 years old and above.
Can the participant present an implemented initiative?
Yes, but it should have a sustainable impact, as well as meeting the Award terms and conditions. Please visit the link for more info.
When is the registration time?
The registration time starts from June 1 to September 30, 2022.
What are the number of winners at Ithra Volunteer Award?
There will be one winner in each track.
When will the selected winners be announced?
The selected winners will be announced in December 2022.
Who can participate in Ithra Volunteer Award?
All the volunteers who completed 100 hours at Ithra.
I am not a volunteer at Ithra. How can I participate?
You can apply to participate after completing 100 hours (around 17 days). Please send a brief of your initiative or idea to the following email: Volunteer@ithra.com
Is there a registration fee?
No, registration is free. Just share your creative and innovative initiatives.
What is the preferred language to participate?
Where will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on the Ithra stage at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture.
What are Ithra Volunteer Award stages?
First, the volunteer will submit their ideas. Second, the initiative will be reviewed and evaluated by local and international committee. Third, attending an enriching camp for eligible volunteers, and the fourth stage will be the announcement of the winners.
