Tala Saleh is the Founder and Managing Director of The Studio Upstairs, a boutique creative agency in Khobar. Known for her fascination with graffiti, Saleh is more widely known as the author of Marking Beirut – A City Revealed Through its Graffiti, a book that addresses political and social graffiti as a form of communication in Lebanon’s capital. She is the first Saudi woman to publish a book on the topic of graffiti, and has been a featured guest speaker on several primetime TV shows as well as a panelist at Miami Art Basel in 2012. Saleh is currently pursuing her first venture into product design and continues her mission to support shaping the creative community of Saudi Arabia.
