Khalil AlMuwail is a researcher, professor and arbitrator in the science of sound and music, as well as a researcher and engineer in the field of information technology and computer programming.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Computer Science and Engineering, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
- Holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Malaysian University in Bahrain.
- Holds a master's degree in Information Systems from the College of Computer Science, King Faisal University, al-Hasa.
- (AlMuwail’s master's thesis was selected and published in the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Information Technology on January 31, 2023).
- Studied the techniques of Al Sharif Mohieddin Haidar Al Azfiya School at the hands of some of the greatest living Iraqi musicians, including: Dr. Salem Abdel Karim, Khaled Muhammad Ali, Professor Saad Mahmoud Jawad, and the Turkish professor Muhammad Bitmaz in Istanbul.

- Conducted many music courses and cultural seminars, in addition to all the branches of the Culture and Arts Association in al-Hasa, Riyadh and Dammam.
- Participated as a jury member in Holy Qur’an recitation competitions in al-Hasa and Qatif.
- Conducted musical workshops, musical evenings, cultural seminars and participated in singing festivals in al-Hasa, Qatif, Riyadh and Dammam.
- Composed several releases, including: Ishq Allah, Anfas Al Azza, Salam, the operetta Mother Riyadh for International Children’s Day festivities in Riyadh, as well as the anthem Welcome, Ramadan.
- Composed and coordinated soundtracks for several plays presented by the Culture and Arts Association, such as The Naked Truth, Dancing with Birds and other plays.
- Presented a research paper and a cultural seminar at the Cultural Forum in Riyadh on the great musician Sharif Mohieddin Haider.
- Presented a research paper and a cultural seminar on music schools in the East in the Tuesday Forum of the great plastic artist Nasser Al Mousa.

- Presented a cultural seminar on folklore in the Kingdom at the Culture and Arts Association for the Bridges Cultural Forum.
- Wrote scientific articles on music, its philosophy and its importance, which were published in several Saudi newspapers and magazines.
- Composed Musical Bridges to Seoul in Korea, in which he fused Korean and Oriental pentatonic scales.
- Worked as a consultant in the establishment of teaching music in Al Anjal Private Schools in al-Hasa.
- Presented a cultural and musical seminar at the Riyadh Cultural Forum hosted by Dr. Saad Al Bazei entitled "Similarities and Differences of Eastern and Western Scales.”
