Dr. Esra have more than a couple of decades of field experience on three continents: Far East, North America, and Middle East. Her knowledge and experience in teaching include working with pre-K through grade 12, undergraduate and graduate degrees, pre-service and in-service teachers, headmasters, and assistant principals. Her experience further includes directing Teachers College Quality Assurance department and higher education program accreditation, educational leadership, strategic planning, K-12 school management at international education systems, and developing curriculum models. Her experience extends working with private and public education sectors including but not limited to special education, learning difficulties, gifted and talented education, mixed ability classrooms, perfectionism, underachievement, school dropouts, educational performance, academic and field research, organizational assessment and evaluation, designing and executing surveys, mentoring, developing and delivering workshops.
