This introductory course welcomes anyone curious about event management, regardless of prior experience. Over four interactive days , participants will discover the core principles of organizing an event, from concept and audience definition to budgeting, logistics, marketing and on-day operations. Working in small groups, participants will choose their event type (cultural, sport, corporate or wedding) and develop a complete event plan from scratch, which they present before a jury. Inspired by real-world case studies and a guest professional from the industry, the course is as much a personal journey as a practical one,  challenging participants to think creatively, collaborate under pressure and step into the role of a creative producer for the first time. No prior experience required. Just bring your curiosity, humility and flexibility.
