Creativity and creative teams are beneficial to individuals and enterprises alike. Creative teams are likely to be more productive, innovative and adept at problem-solving, and report superior morale, engagement and job satisfaction. The workshop introduces participants to the basics of facilitating creative teams and the dynamics at play in multidisciplinary settings. The session also explores how to foster a safe and open team culture and mindset alongside individual creativity, participation and engagement, and how to recognize and harness the contribution of external stakeholders through a combination of theory, practical exercises and role play.
