STEM Racing KSA 6th Cycle Registration

STEM Racing KSA is the global educational program that raises awareness about STEM and Formula 1 among students and school children in every region, in every country, and in every continent.

The challenge inspires students to use IT to learn about physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacture, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills and financial strategy, and apply them in a practical, imaginative, competitive, and exciting way.

King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture is sponsoring the 6th cycle of STEM Racing KSA. This program will prepare Saudi students to compete in STEM racing globally.

2.       ANALYSE – Using Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) software and other methods of design analysis along with scientific principles, students must analyse their car design to ensure it is efficient.

3.       MAKE – Students then manufacture the car using F1 model block and CNC Machines, along with using 3D printers and other manufacturing techniques to create additional components to their car and assemble it.

4.       TEST - Using the Air Trace Visualisation System and racing the car down the track, the teams must test their car to ensure it will withstand the forces applied to it during the race.

5.       RACE – This is where all the students hard work comes together, they must show sportsmanship and professionalism while showcasing their teamwork, and racing their car down the track to get the fastest time.
