Step into a world where art becomes a bridge across time — connecting the past, the present and the future.

In this track, campers discover how people long ago recorded their lives, long before cameras and writing existed. Marks, drawings, symbols and carvings were used to capture moments and stories. This program takes campers on a journey through history, from ancient cave drawings and carvings to symbolic art and early image-making. Along the way, they explore how travelers, artists, illustrators and archivists shaped the way life is remembered—transforming everyday experiences into lasting stories.

At the same time, campers reflect on how art continues to document our present world and shape how future generations will understand it. Through hands-on exploration, observation and creative play, they learn that art is not only a window into the past, but also a powerful tool for expressing today’s realities and imagining tomorrow’s possibilities.
