Islamic Manuscript Illumination Experience

This one day workshop will take art lovers, painters, calligraphers and traditional art enthusiasts on an engaging journey. This course is essential for participants who enjoy learning about Islamic floral shapes, which consist of stylized botanical forms of leaves and flowers—the foundation of traditional Islamic illumination.
This workshop is an introduction and a one-day experience to learn about the art of traditional Islamic illumination and miniature painting with the artist Azhar Al-Sadiq, one of the participants in the Eternal Crafts exhibition.
