What’s the best way to connect with colleagues, clients and customers? How can we understand them better and ensure that our proposals and solutions are relevant? This workshop explores the craft of asking effective questions while also providing practical and proven questioning techniques that are relevant in the studio, in meetings, at networking events and beyond. Participants will also learn how to focus on customer and client needs while actively listening and appreciating the power and importance of non-verbal communication. By fostering improved questioning and communication skills, participants will learn the benefits of deeper customer understanding and insight.
