Young-sook, a middle-aged woman, suffers from chronic pain in her legs that prevents her from kneeling. When her younger sister dies suddenly, she is unable to perform the farewell ritual at the funeral, watching others say their goodbyes instead. Meanwhile, her anxiety grows over her sister being buried in her husband Kim’s family grave, despite belonging to the Song family.
