Mohammed, a young Palestinian, is desperately looking for a taxi to take him through a checkpoint to meet his mother, who is waiting for him on the Israeli side. At the checkpoint, the driver, Farouk, discovers that Mohammed has already failed to cross the border. Trouble begins...

Mohamed Al Muganni
Mohammed Almughanni is a Palestinian director, screenwrite, and cinematographer, born in Gaza in 1993. He earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in film directing from the Łódź Film School in Poland. Almughanni has directed documentary and narrative films screened at international festivals, including "Falafala" (2019), "Where's the Donkey" (2018), and "Shujayya" (2015). His film "An Orange from Jaffa" (2023) won the Grand Prize at the 46th Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival.
