Ever since Simon Westwood joined Impact Factory in 2009, he has a passion to engage and challenge people to be their best. He has helped develop excellent communicators all around the world. As a hugely experienced trainer and coach, he has experience of working with various behavioral theories and models. His qualifications include holding the CIPD Certificate of Training Practice, an accredited Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) practitioner, and is currently finalizing his ILM Level 7 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.
