Osama Alqahtani

Osama Alqahtani is a Saudi calligrapher and researcher born in Jubail, Saudi Arabia in 1999.  He is renowned for his traditional calligraphic style, which emphasizes authenticity and heritage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law, and works as an arts researcher and calligrapher at the Holy Mosque and a consultant to a number of governmental agencies. His journey in calligraphy began at a young age under the mentorship of worldwide renowned masters, including Mukhtar Alam (Calligrapher of the Ka’ba’s Kiswa), Othman Taha (Calligrapher of the Madinah Mushaf), and Hassan Çelebi (Sheikh of Islamic Calligraphers). He also earned an Ijazah in Arabic calligraphy from master calligrapher Nasser AlMaymon.
