Noor Hisham AlSaif (b. 2004, Safwa, Saudi Arabia) is a Saudi visual artist and film critic. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and has pursued her interest in the arts through specialized courses at the Lights and Arts Institute in Riyadh (2008), and earned a diploma in interior design from the Sheffield Institute in Riyadh (2009).

AlSaif began her professional career in visual art in 2010 by participating in the Dhahran International Symposium. Since then, she has held six solo exhibitions in Jiddah (2015), Dubai (2016), Bahrain (2016), Kuwait (2017), Cairo (2023) and the American Consulate in Dhahran (2023). She has also participated in group exhibitions, most notably at Art Space Al-Hamra in Beirut, Alserkal Lates in Dubai, Al Mansouria Auction and ATHR Gallery in Jiddah and Loft Gallery in Riyadh.

Her work has been acquired by prominent national institutions such as the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education and Saudi Aramco. She was also selected to participate in the Sharaa Art Auction sponsored by the Al Mansouria Foundation.
