Mubarak Alhajri is a narrator and novelist. He published two novels: Amirahom and Dhulumaat; and three story collections: A Letter to My Single Neighbor, The Man Whom the Shadow Follows, and New Memories. He also published collection of poems titled: Anshodat al-Tieh.
