He is a founding partner at Olou Company for Capacity Development, and a founding partner at GROWAT for Human Development. He holds MBAs from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and the Jack Welch Institute of Management. Hussain is a professional facilitator and a certified trainer through the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. He has also helped establish several social and educational initiatives.
