Juan Roldan Martin is a Spanish architect and academic with over twenty years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, and curatorial practice. 
He holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from ETSAM in Madrid, following a preparatory year at the Bartlett School of Architecture. As an Associate Professor of Interior Design at the College of Architecture, Art and Design (CAAD) at the American University of Sharjah, he brings extensive pedagogical expertise. His teaching career includes eight years at EPS CEU University in Madrid, as well as roles as a visiting lecturer at Politecnico di Milano (PoliDesign) and within the Interior Design Master’s program at the University of Salamanca. Additionally, he has served as an educational consultant for global institutions, including the Charles Correa Foundation at the Goa College of Architecture in India, where he held the Charles Correa International position in 2019.

As a curator, Martin has shaped significant architectural and design dialogues. In 2007, he won first prize for the curation of the Perdidos / Lost architecture exhibition organized by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM). He has designed numerous exhibitions and symposiums across the Gulf, including Spanish Architecture in the Arab World (Sharjah, 2017) in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in the UAE, and Design Dialogues (Riyadh, 2023) in partnership with Interiors from Spain and the Spanish Embassy in Saudi Arabia. He also designed the inaugural edition of the d3 architecture festival in partnership with RIBA Gulf (Dubai Design District, 2021 and 2025).
