Has more than 15 years of experience, ranging from high tech multinational companies such as Oracle and Microsoft to government as well as establishing and supporting business in the Kingdom.

Building on that experience, Hadeel joined the vision 2030 reforming journey moving into various governmental positions, focusing on digital transformation, innovation, growing the digital ecosystem to empowering technology entrepreneurs and promoting the potential opportunity in Saudi for foreign digital companies’ investment. 

Hadeel is passionate in supporting youth and local startups to kickstart and grow, offering her accumulated knowledge and experiences after creating 2 businesses of her own 

As an entrepreneur, Hadeel founded Je Sais beauty center during her last years of university back in 2005. Starting from 2 employees to more the 25 today and still growing 

Her Passion for food, culture and art started to kick over the years at a young age. This passion led her to leave the cooperate environment and dedicate her career to the creation of TAKYA, the first Saudi fusion restaurant.
