Fahad AlBeyahi is co-founder of Ithra’s Global Digital Wellbeing Program (Sync). As the lead of the Sync Research workstream, he oversees the development, facilitation and implementation of Sync’s research projects, such as the Global Digital Wellbeing Survey, the Global Digital Wellbeing Index, the creation of the international Generation Alpha Community, and the formulation and development of a Saudi digital wellness strategy in cooperation with the Johns Hopkins University and several national and international partners.

He is a digital well-being expert who is certified by the Digital Wellness Institute. He has extensive experience in the field with many research contributions and articles published in scientific journals. He is a passionate advocate for raising public awareness about digital well-being and unifying scientific efforts for research both within Saudi Arabia and around the world.
