Duncan Wardle is an international award-winner innovator, Founder of iD8 and innov8, and the former Head of Innovation and Creativity at Disney. In his time at Disney, Duncan and his team worked with Imagineering, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Pixar and Disney Parks to create innovative new experiences for consumers young and old. 

As founder of iD8 & innov8 he now brings his extensive Disney experience to audiences around the world using his signature approach to design thinking,which places the end user at the core of the creative thinking process. 

Duncan is a multiple TEDx speaker and teaches masterclasses at Yale, the University of North Carolina, Duke University and the University of Florida. He has won numerous awards including the American Citizen of Choice Award and the Duke of Edinburgh Award presented by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
