Dr. Basma Al-Siyoufi is a passionate believer in the personal and professional duty of contributing to self-developmental and social work in order to build a generation of confident young men and women, as well as promoting concepts of excellence in performance and meaningful contributions in their field of work. She is an international speaker at several conferences and a weekly columnist for the Saudi Economic Journal who comments local and community affairs since 2008. She has experience in multiple areas, management, supervision, counseling, team leadership, and teaching within both private and governmental entities. She has represented the Ministry of Education at various points throughout her career (i.e. at UNESCO, at the London International Education Conference), published important papers through her participation in the UNDP, and has been a keynote speaker for various important functions such as the Dubai Leadership Development Conference on Inclusion and Diversity.
