She has worked in social and cultural development fields, with a focus on the educational aspect of institutions and individuals with several NGO’s and research centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to promote the knowledge economy and social development on the macro level.

She is the director of the Knowledge Family Initiative project at Al-Aghar Group, in addition to heading the leadership team for the establishment of the King Abdulaziz International Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID) in Vienna, Austria, where she previously served as acting Director.

Dr. Nassif founded and is directing the Hadara Center for Educational and Pedagogical Consultation - an institute aiming to promote excellence and positive social change through training, research and rehabilitation programs. She holds a doctorate in education from Newcastle University.
