Daniel Colaianni is the chief executive of AIXR, the independent not-for-profit trade body for immersive industries and previously executive producer of the VR Awards, an international awards show dedicated to celebrating immersive technology. Originally finding his footing in the world of gaming and brand marketing, Daniel is surrounded by a growing team of highly skilled individuals who all share the same, burning passion for virtual / augmented reality and the passion to push forward the boundaries of immersive technology.

Today, Daniel is actively working with brands such as Facebook, HTC, Disney and more to bridge skill gaps, support new innovations and prepare the world for the future XR will bring.
