Crystal Wiemann Jacobs is a Management and Professional Trainer for Saudi Aramco.  Through a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship, she supported English Language in the former East Germany and later taught at a college prep boarding school before moving to Saudi Arabia. Crystal is an Agency Trainer in Adaptive Schools, which supports the “how” of professional learning communities through group development, artful facilitation and presenting, and teaching the skills of being a productive group member.
