Cesar Lastra

Cesar Lastra is a front-end innovator with more than 20 years of experience in innovation, marketing strategy, insights, and capability building.
Lastra founded Bash and Build, a design-thinking innovation consultancy, where he collaborated with clients to create innovation capabilities, culture, and disruptive ideas. Before that, based in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, he held increasingly senior positions with global companies such as Young & Rubicam, Colgate-Palmolive, The Coca-Cola Company, and SABMiller.
Cesar is also a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), where he has run masterclasses and in-company training sessions for global corporations around the world, across all sectors, including financial, technology, pharma, automotive, and FMCG. He can also be found addressing social innovation challenges through the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), where he is also a Fellow.
