Abdullah AlOthman

Artist and Poet

Abdullah AlOthman (b. 1985) is a Saudi artist and poet based in Riyadh, whose multidisciplinary practice explores forgotten spaces and the deeper dimensions of the human psyche. Through photography, video, collage, neon installations and performance, AlOthman constructs poetic visual narratives that challenge perception and memory. His work often navigates the boundaries between visibility and erasure and presence and absence, using place as a conceptual framework to reflect on personal and collective experience.

A self-reflective and experimental artist, AlOthman’s practice is rooted in both language and form, bringing together poetic sensibility and visual inquiry. His works have been featured in regional and international exhibitions, contributing to the evolving landscape of contemporary art in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
