Is an entry ticket required to access the Center for events?
Entry to the Center is free and does not require a ticket.
Are children allowed to enter?
Yes, the Center welcomes all age groups.
How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets at the Information Desks or at the Center through the Ithra application inside the center.
How long do the Eid activities run for?
Eid activities and events will run for three days from 21 -23 0f March 2026.
What events are offered at the center during Eid Al-Fitr?
A variety of activities are offered to suit the entire family.
What are the Center’s working hours during Eid?
4:00 – 11:00 PM
What is the ticket price for the Children’s Museum?
- Children (ages 1–12): 45 SAR
- Adults (above 12 years): 20 SAR
- Infants under 12 months: Free
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
No, ticket cancellations and refunds are not allowed as per the terms and conditions stated on Ithra’s website.
Is there a discount for Aramco employees?
No. Discounts are only available to Ithra members
Will there be fireworks?
No.

No, strollers are not available.

Yes, the Center is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities and the elderly.
What is the dress code for entering the center?
The Center is a public facility. Guests are kindly asked to follow public etiquette and avoid wearing short or tight clothing. Thank you for your cooperation.
Is it allowed to bring food and sit in the gardens?
No, it is not allowed.
Are there any gifts or giveaways for visitors?
No, but there is a gift shop available at the Center’s Plaza.
