For Saudi National Day, the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) celebrates the spirit of the Kingdom, embodied in pride and ambition for a promising future.
From September 22 - 27, Ithra transforms into a vibrant destination where arts, culture and entertainment come together in interactive programs for all — musical experiences, interactive installation, workshops, live performances, film screenings and activities that celebrate what makes Saudi society unique with a renewed spirit.
Here, we explore how our traditions gave us a heritage we honor, inspiring us to look confidently to the future while expressing our deep connection and pride in this great nation.

No, entry to the Center is free and does not require a ticket. However, some events or facilities within the Center may require purchasing tickets.
Are children allowed to enter the Center?
Yes, the Center is open to all age groups, including children.
How can I purchase tickets for events that require them?
Tickets can be purchased through:
Information Desk located inside the Center on the day of the event.
Visitors can purchase a ticket through the Ithra website or app while being physically in the Center, on the day of the event.
What are the dates for the National Day celebrations?
The celebrations begin on Monday, September 22 to Saturday, September 27.
Are there special discounts for Ithra Members?
Yes, Ithra Members receive special discounts on select events and services.
What events will be offered during National Day?
The events include:
Indoor and outdoor theatrical performances.
Film screenings at the Cinema.
Interactive workshops.
Entertainment activities and games.
Musical and cultural performances.
What are the Center’s operating hours during National Day?
The Center welcomes visitors from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Is there a discount for Aramco employees?
No, there is no special discount for Aramco employees.
Will there be fireworks?
No, there will be no fireworks during the celebrations.
Will there be theatrical performances?
Yes, the theatrical performance,” Sing Along”, starts from Wednesday, September 23 until Friday, September 26.
What is the age group allowed for theater and cinema performances?
Theater performances: Open to visitors aged 4 years old and above.
Cinema: Each film has a different age classification.
Will there be musical performances?
Yes, there will be musical and cultural performances.
Will gifts be distributed to visitors?
No, gifts will not be distributed to visitors.
Will there be a best costume contest during the celebrations?
No, there will be no best costume contest.
