Is an entry ticket required to access the Center for events?
Entry to the Center is free and does not require a ticket. Some of our museums and special season programs might require a ticket that you can purchase through the website or the box office.
Are children allowed to enter?
Yes, the Center welcomes all age groups.
How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets through the website, the Ithra app, or the box office.
What events are offered at the Center during the Ithra Winter Season?

No, there will not be any fireworks; however, there will be a drone and a visual show.

No, it is not allowed to bring food from outside, but you can enjoy dining at Ithra’s restaurants and cafes around the Center.
Are there any gifts or giveaways for visitors?
No, but there is the Ithra Store located in the Plaza.
