On full moon nights, where the moon illuminates pathways for children among the houses during Ramadan, let's celebrate the Garge'aan festival together. We will sing the Garge'aan songs that etch themselves in our memories, making our ears yearn for them all year long. Let's dress up our little boys in Thobes and girls in Jalabiah. Together, we will create unique memories for all generations and bridge the gap between our past and present at Ithra, where authenticity thrives.
Gargee’an is an annual traditional occasion for children, celebrated in the middle of the Hijri months of Shaban or Ramadan across the Arabian Gulf by wearing traditional clothes, distributing candy to children and reciting the various folk songs associated with the occasion.
