FAQs
Do I need a ticket to enter the Center to attend the Eid celebrations?
No, entering the Center during Eid does not require purchasing a ticket.
Are children allowed?
Yes, Ithra welcomes all ages.
Are specific tickets required to enter the Center’s components?
There are components that require admission tickets such as the Children's Museum, Ithra Eid Studio and Energy Theater. There are open components that can be entered without tickets, such as the Plaza, the Children's Oasis, Library, Ithra Museum, Cultural Oasis, Lush Gardens, restaurants and cafes. However, some free components require registration at the component entrance.
Where can we buy tickets?
You can buy tickets from the Center from the information desk on the day of the event.
What is the value of the Ithra Eid Studio ticket?
45 SAR per photo.
What is the value of the ticket for the Children's Museum?
- 45 SAR for a child from 1 to 12 years old
- 20 SAR for adults over 12 years old
- Infants under 12 months old have free admission
Is there a discount for Ithra members?
Yes, there is a 20% discount for Ithra Membership holders.
What are the activities offered at the Center during Eid al-Fitr?
The events and activities vary to suit all family members.
What are the working hours of the Center during Eid al-Fitr?
4:00 p.m. — 11:00 a.m.
Can I cancel the ticket and get a refund?
You cannot cancel a ticket and get a refund as stated within the terms and conditions mentioned on the Center’s website.
Can I change my ticket’s date and time?
You cannot change the ticket’s date or time as stated within the terms and conditions mentioned on the Center’s website.
Is there a discount for Aramco employees?
No, the discount is only available to Ithra Membership holders.
Are there fireworks?
Not this time.
Will there be shows and musical performances?
Yes, there are musical performances in the Center’s Plaza and the Lush Gardens.
Are there baby strollers?
Baby strollers are not available.
Are there wheelchairs for people with disabilities and the elderly?
Yes, the Center is equipped to welcome people with disabilities as well as the elderly.
What is the dress code for the Center?
The Center is a public facility, so we ask our valued guests to abide by the normal etiquette at public facilities and avoid short and tight clothes, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Is it allowed to bring food and sit in the gardens?
No, it is not allowed.
Are there gifts and giveaways for visitors?
There are no gifts or giveaways for visitors.
What are the experiences of the trolleys in the Plaza area?
Two trolleys will pop out in the Plaza, each trolley has a workshop facilitator who will interact with the visitors. The content for the trolleys are:
- Weaving
- Printmaking
Are the visitors allowed to take photos with the dinosaurs during the roving in the Lush Gardens?
Yes, they are allowed to take photos with the dinosaurs.
What musical performers will perform in the Plaza and the Lush Gardens?
- Plaza: musical performance by the Eastern Takht band, consisting of 7 musicians.
- Lush Gardens: musical performance for a Saudi artist with a khaliji Takht band.
What is the Gift from the Moon program is about?
Gift from the Moon is an artistic performance with music which include acrobatic circus, cart wheel, diabolo, flying installation, and roly poly.
