Visitors will get to reflect on an essential part of human nature that promotes empathy, compassion and kindness, allowing us to connect with others and make a positive impact on their lives, as well as our own. When we give, we not only help those in need, but we also feel a sense of fulfillment in knowing that we have made a difference. Giving can take many forms, from donating money to volunteering time and skills, and it can have a profound impact on both the giver and the receiver. Ultimately, giving solidifies the true essence of Eid al-Adha to bring people together and foster a sense of unity and connectedness among them.

Are specific tickets required to enter the Center’s components?
Some components require free entry ticket such as the Theater.
Does entering the Center to attend the Eid celebrations require prior reservation?
No, it’s open.

Yes, Ithra welcomes all ages.
Where can we buy tickets?
You can purchase Eid al-Adha tickets through box office by visiting Ithra Center and connecting to Ithra’s Wi-Fi.
What is the value of the Ithra Eid Studio ticket?
45 SAR for a family ticket.
What is the value of the ticket for the Children's Museum?
- 45 SAR for ages 1 to 12 years old
- 20 SAR for ages over 12 years old
- Infants under 12 months old will have free admission
Is there a discount for Ithra Members?
Yes, all benefits are included during Eid al-Adha except CDZ.
Are the Members able upgrade all Membership packages?
No, however, Members who have Art and Family Membership packages are
able to upgrade to the Premium package.
Do special needs get special offer on Memberships?
No, however, Memberships have special theater seats and special parking at Ithra.
Does the Art Membership discount include all purchased tickets?
Art Member holders can take advantage of up to 20% discount only on one ticket.
How many additional Members are able to be included under the Premium Membership?
You can add up to four members under the Premium Membership.
Can I cancel the ticket and get a refund?
You cannot cancel a ticket and get a refund as stated within the terms and conditions mentioned on the Center’s website.
Can I change my ticket’s date and time?
You cannot change the ticket’s date or time as stated within the terms and conditions mentioned on the Center’s website.
Is there a discount for Aramco employees?
No, the discount is only available to Ithra Membership holders.
Will Are there be fireworks?
Not this time
Will there be shows and musical performances?
No, there’s no show or musical performances during Eid Al-adha
Are there baby strollers?
Baby strollers are not available.
Are there wheelchairs for people with disabilities and the elderly?
Yes, the Center is equipped to welcome people with disabilities as well as the elderly.
What is the dress code for the Center?
The Center is a public facility, so we ask our honorable guests to abide by the normal etiquette at public facilities and avoid short and tight clothes, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Is it allowed to bring food and sit in the gardens?
No, it is not allowed.
Are there gifts and giveaways for visitors?
No, there are no giveaways.
What are the working hours of the Center during Eid al-Adha?
The Center will open from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
