Language is a changeable living entity, it is affected by civilizations and innovations. When the modern novel emerged in the 20th century,  novelists were not exempt from the main question: What level and style of language should we write in? Here,  language has restrictions and objectivity, where the modern novel, intervened by its modern tools and time, applied its changes on words and expressions. Our talk will discuss the trace and effect of the modern novel in the Arabic language.
