International Museum Day

May 18 is the day to celebrate museums around the world and raise awareness about their fundamental role in our societies. Explore the Ithra Museum with us and experience our five diverse galleries dedicated to contemporary art, Saudi culture, Islamic art, the natural history of the Arabian Peninsula, and the Archive Gallery, which focuses on the history of Saudi Aramco. We also welcome you on a journey through the Energy Exhibit, which stimulates curiosity and ignites passion for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Not to be missed as well is our Children's Museum – the first of its kind in the Kingdom – where our youngest visitors are offered an array of exciting opportunities and interactive play-based experiences designed to enrich their lives and minds. Our museums and galleries are dedicated to knowledge and innovation, sparking curiosity, engaging the visitors in ongoing conversations about art, history and culture, as well as bridging the gap between the past and the present.
