Daq Alhab “Grain pounding”

A performance showcasing the ritual of the art and songs that farmers from Al-Ahsa used to play to celebrate the people for the bounties of their land in the harvesting seasons. The bounties ranged from wheat to rice, using a set of tools from the environment, where this art became a part of the harvesting process itself.
