Ithra Children’s Museum presents Ithra Winter Camp 2020 under the title of Journey through Time. The doors of the Children’s Museum are open to receive our campers back carefully and safely.

Concept:

The Arabian Peninsula has witnessed many changes through the ages.

Prepare to go on a journey through time as Ithra Winter Camp adventures combine fun, knowledge and exciting discoveries. Find the history behind the earth’s foundations and its hidden treasures.

Discover hidden treasure throughout history this winter at Ithra. 

Goals:

• Ignite children’s curiosity and encourage them to ask questions.
• Inspire young people to develop their passions and career paths for the future.
• Develop reasoning and understanding behind exploration and discovery.
• Educate young minds about the value of self-discovered information and of conservation. 

Each track targets a specific age level with a unique program which is age-appropriate, and aligns with their cognitive development skills:

1. (4-6 years old) | Dino World
2. (7-9 years old) | Age of Dinosaurs
3. (10-12 years old) | Land of Treasures

Participants of different ages will discover treasures hidden in the land from millions of years ago. Throughout their different journeys, they will meet experts, experience challenges and participate in games, as well as answer and ask many questions.
