With innovative imagination, this workshop will give participants the skills to manufacture initial designs to be fitted on a mannequin. This Fashion Draping workshop provides practical exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and examples to enable participants to understand the vocabulary and fundamental rules of draping to create basic muslins on the mannequin or industrial dress form.

With Yasmin Derbas, she trains the Fashion Draping participants with her highly skilled freelance fashion designer background in evening dresses and bridal gowns.
In five days, you will understand the rules pertaining to the techniques of draping, gain a competence in making simple muslins, and most importantly, learn a fun and vital skill in fashion design.
