Kapil Bhimekar is a Dubai-based artist taking unconventional methods to create his quirky art. He has carved a niche for himself with illustrations across wall murals and street art. Kapil uses elements from his surroundings to establish a connection between his work and the environment it’s is a part of. He is an art educator and conducts various art illustrations and workshops globally. Kapil is one of the most awarded creatives in the Middle East; he works as a Creative Director with VMLY&R in Dubai. He was recently ranked the third top Associate Creative Directors list by the BW report and was invited to be a jury member of the prestigious Cannes Lions Awards in 2018.
